How we handle your data
We work from exports and screen-share only. We never ask for your KDP, Ads Manager, or banking passwords, and we delete your files on request.
You send files, or share your screen while you click. We never log into a live account of yours.
No KDP, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, or banking credentials. No two-factor codes. No account takeover.
Signed before you share any sample exports, on request. Just ask.
What we ask for
- KDP sales and KENP CSV exports for the last 90 to 180 days
- Optional: Amazon Ads and Meta Ads report exports for the same window
- A series list and price ladder — a spreadsheet is fine
- Or, if you would rather not send files at all, a screen-share where you click and we read the figures aloud
What we never ask for
- Your KDP password
- Your Amazon Ads or Meta Ads Manager login
- Banking access, payout details, or two-factor authentication codes
- Any "just send us your login and we'll handle it" arrangement
This matches Amazon's own guidance: KDP will not ask for your password over email, and you should treat any third party who does as a red flag (KDP account security). A catalog review does not need account access — it needs your numbers, and exports carry those cleanly.
How your files are handled
- Files are used only to produce your Diagnostic or Scorecard — nothing else
- They are never resold, shared, or used to train any third-party product
- In any published sample, real author and book titles are removed or replaced (e.g. "Title A / Series X")
- On request, we delete your raw exports after the engagement is delivered
- A mutual NDA is available before you share anything
